PRIVACY POLICY
Data collected and purpose of processing
At the time of the service request, the time of the call, the pick-up address, and possibly the customer's name are recorded. The origin of the call is also recorded (telephone number, where available, or affiliated external entity).
For subscription services, the data necessary for the continuous provision of the service are also recorded.
Route data are automatically recorded using satellite tracking devices.
In individual cases, when necessary for the provision of the service, data relating to the Customer's physical condition may be recorded.
These data are necessary for the provision of the service, pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, letters a) and b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter: GDPR) and therefore do not require the consent of the data subject.
Any refusal to provide the above data may make it impossible to provide the service.
Methods, duration of processing, and data communication
Data are processed using computerized and manual procedures.
Data are kept for one year, pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, letter f) of the GDPR, for the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in responding to any disputes regarding the service provided, pursuant to art. 2591 of the civil code (limitation period for rights arising from the transport contract).
Some data are communicated, for the execution of technical operations, to external Data Processors and are not subject to dissemination. Exceptions are made in cases of requests from the judicial authority or police forces, with the procedures provided by law.
Customer Rights
Pursuant to art. 15 et seq. of the GDPR, the Customer has the right to obtain from Taxiblu S.C. confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them are being processed and to obtain access to such data, information on the categories of data processed, the purposes of the processing, the retention period, and any communication of data to third parties. They also have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data being processed and to transfer them to another Data Controller.
The Customer has the right to request the rectification, erasure, or restriction of the processing of data concerning them or to object to their processing, within the limits provided by the aforementioned regulations.
